HDB financial investors loose 42% as company announces IPO price band for 700 – 740 INR
and investors and peoples are reacting like that’s not right
But should we really ask the same???
As always look at valuation before entering in Near IPO companies as these companies can hurt you by these type of actions, because companies are also look to their valuations and get the fair value as per market conditions, demand and future based approach.
So before entering in any Near IPO, just ask a question to yourself.
Do I really need to take position on which everyone wanna dump it on you!!!
Because you get a 6 months lockin after listing and can not sell shares till completion of this period.
No one knows what will happen after that but you have to just focus on real growth and strength.
You can not expect market scenerio to take the stock to the target you want.
So be wise and stay invested.

Dollar Growth and US stocks - A much invest blend for every Indian Investors.
According to experts Value of 1 USD will go up nearly to INR 90 to 95 which is currently are INR 86.56 .
As we can see that value of 1 USD has increased from INR 45.45 in Dec 2003 to INR 85.56 as on 31.12.2024 with a CAGR of nearly 3 percent.
In same time NASDAQ 100 grown up to nearly 21000 points from 1400 points with a CAGR of nearly 14 percent
For an Indian investor, who invested in US NASDAQ 100 there were a opportunity to generate wealth and get more returns by nearly 3 percent due to USD to INR value appreciation.
As experts are in favour that USD will become more stronger against INR than we can get an additional 1 percent if dollar touches 90 and 1.67 percent if it touches 95.
Always remember when we talk about returns it’s about percentage change if value and 1 percent is a big difference in long term.
Because this 1 percent can make a big difference.
Let’s suppose an american citizen invested in 1 lac in NASDAQ 100 in 2003 and in 2024 its value grows up to 15 lac.
And in same time for same amount an Indian investor invested same security and got an 3 percent additional growth per year than its value could be 15 lac 88 thousand approximate.
This 88000 made by just 3 percent extra growth per year.
